Well, they'd do well to not obsess about it. There's nothing wrong with focusing on it as a goal, but you've got to pace yourselves better and keep things in perspective.
If you think of sports play, it's a fair equivalent. You focus on drills, training, otherwise staying healthy, not doing things that get you kickednoff the team or benched, teamwork, etc. The basics. But what happens if you start obsessint on every mistake? You start making more of them right? Your team falls apart because you're at each other's throats nitpicking who did what. All the joy out playing in the first place evaporates and now it's just work. You get to the point where nobody wants to play with you anymore. There's no point, you're just a drag and a nuisance because they wanted to have fun and play ball and your obsession wont let them.
