Well that’s a stupid reason to exclude someone as Bond is known for a certain level of urbane demeanor and sophistication. I’m saying the character doesn’t present as a rustic.

Being urban would be a good thing as a spy. You’d want to be able to disappear into a city and be grey man invisible as well as being able to infiltrate more sophisticated venues in any manner believably.

So I stand by my view. He’d make a great Bond. He could actually be the best Bond ever if the writers don’t fuck it up. There’s a real possibility here. It would be a shame to miss it over such shallow and nonsensical reasoning. Too urban. Jeez.
