Very few.

That's actually not an insult to men the way most men are going to take it.

It's just a reality. Most men fail to understand where the danger to us comes from.

It's not the big hairy biker dude at a bar.

It’s the man’s best friend or his brother. Or our uncle. Or our boss. Or the preacher or church Deacon.

It’s like... remember the Stranger Danger program for kids? But then it came out that most abused children were abused by someone they knew?

It’s the exact same dynamic. Men think they need to protect us from the weirdo stranger in the parking garage waiting to drag us off. Abusers generally aren’t predators who skulk around the outskirts looking for someone who has drifted away from safety to take down. They’re infiltrators who pretend to be harmless or they are sit and wait predators who "flash" to attract you to them and then swallow you whole. They’re someone you know.

Here’s the kicker. If you isolate us from life to "protect" us, then you’re the one harming us by interfering with and limiting our lives.

Protecting women means protecting women systemically. Most men won’t engage with that because it would mean shared credit or no credit. Reciprocity gets directed back at all men as well when all women are free to love and live their lives without having to be so guarded against men, the "all men are a gun and you don’t know if it’s loaded or not" mentality.

But men want to be pampered with adoration for being a big strong man who fights off bears and bears up “rapist” burly dudes. They want to be lauded. It’s more about their ego than anything. It’s how they define themselves as a man. It’s selfish and counterintuitive but that is where the ego of most men lives.

Tangentially, women are equal protectors of men. Men will scoff at that idea because to their minds, protection has to do with fighting. Cleanliness, which protects from contagions doesn’t count. It’s not showy enough. It’s just daily work. Nutrition. Clothing. All those things have saved many more male lives over the millenia than fighting off rapists, bears, and saber toothed tigers. Women will never be acknowledged as protectors or given their due credit for that though. In many instances, men will steal the credit where and when they can.
