Ultimately, it’s no one’s business. The west stood back and stood by while the invasion happened. We lost the right to have a say, not that we would have had a right to one anyway.

If Ukraine wants to fight to the last Ukrainian and scorch the earth behind them, that is their choice. We weren’t willing to check the bully, doing the same shit Hitler started with; we don’t get to criticize those who did.

Further, Ukraine does not owe the world wheat. We’ve got farmers growing subsidized corn that gets destroyed in fields that will grow wheat. If we go hungry, that’s on us. Our "bread basket" area is larger than Ukraine, more than enough to fill our needs and some other nations as well.

Ukraine should not be pressured to cede land because Americans have become too lazy to feed themselves. That’s just a ridiculous stance.
