Uh huh. And how exactly is it a corporate hoax when Svente Arrhenius first hypothesized humans could change the global climate in 1896 while solar didn't start becoming mainstream or a competition to the fossil fuel industry until the 1980s, nearly a full century later?

Fossil fuels are finite. When they run out, that's it. We simply cannot continue to burn them at the rate we are for much longer regardless of the impact on the environment.

Seems kind of stupid to waste billions of dollars on a hoax when a company could be investing in renewable replacements for what is inevitably going to happen. Oh wait. That's exactly what they've been doing.
