Trouble is, some people need to stay to engage in that fight. Some people need to leave LOUDLY to show it's not a idle threat.

You want to turn the tide, get more remote workers to move to remote Texas. Drown out that fundamentalist vote. They're a minority of the population but carry more of the vote weight due to geography.

Start scrutinizing Republican politicians and ostracizing them for political shenanigans. Stop accepting crap. The work for you. Put them on a metrics system like Bezos' and monitor everything they do.
