Not that it's a competition. They fall apart at both. Being a successful and thriving single parent absolutely eviscerates the notion that women need men.

Once that hurdle is crossed, they have to contend with the fact that they are absolutely useless as a man. The only thing left for them is to be useful as a human being. And too many of them are incapable of making that leap.
