Those things came about despite patriarchy not because of it. Otherwise, all governments would be representative democracy. But they're not, are they?
Public education would have been a part of our lives as long as the patriarchy if it was brought to us by patriarchy. But no. The rise of public education was brought about to keep children out of factories so they could reach adulthood with all their fingers still attached. It gave them something else to do than cause problems on the streets. It was predominantly women who pushed for public education.
