You were asking legit questions given the persnickety nature of stats. They don't always make logical sense based on history and engagement. Everyone is agreed on that. A vague promise to be more open is not the same as being open all along. It's just talk, so I don't expect to see any meaningful change on that. If people knew how the algorithms worked, they could challenge their earnings.
