This was a comment, not an article. So, I used a stat I knew offhand. If I'd been writing an article, I would have looked up something more relevant or more of a direct comparison.

You make excellent points, but I meant it as a basic reference, not a direct comparison.

Also, his responses were kind of cheeky, indicating that he he had no problem them knowing his identity. Especially the, "I'd consider it a challenge" one.

The relevance of that stat to me was in how many men have no problem forcing sex from women so long as there are no consequences. Because it's perceived as their right. That tracks back to dominance hierarchy and who's mrant tonserve whom and who gets to enforce the hierarchy and how.

He has a subordinate position on that hierarchy. I get the feeling that he's never faced the threat of real violence for being gay from a random stranger. Most LBGTQ folks cannot say the same.

Appreciate your thoughts here. Again, they were good points.
