This is why it's pointless to continue this discussion. You're not arguing your side in good faith.

Because I also included my personal experience with divorce court and how my ex behaved, you discounted everyone else I listed. I listed the professional experience and personal experience of everyone in my life who have had an experiences or multiple experiences to share ... around 50 people. All of them say the same thing, even the men, because some.of my friends and coworkers are single men who got some custody. Their experience fell along the same lines. Be professional, be respectful, do what you're supposed to do, don't try to "win" bur rather ensure the kids win, mind your lawyer and make sure your lawyer is an ethical one, show up, and you'll be fine.

But you believe what you want. Don't get married then or have children if you're so convinced you'll be taken advantage of. Is someone holding a shotgun to your head? Are you being forced into marriage?
