Also, they never listen to women or what we say I'm the first place. So if you suggest ways to help them "be heard" you're going to be ignored or dismissed.

They would only ever value such ideas coming from another man. But that would mean they're collaborating with each other for positive change rather than competing against each other to be top dog. It could happen with the right male leadership, but current male leadership are all about being masters of the universe or maintaining the status quo rather than helping their fellow man.
