Generally speaking, when women do choose violence they are significantly more vicious. They're more successful at it too; body counts of female serial killers are on average much higher than male serial killers.

So it's not capability. It's not testosterone, that's been debunked too. For me it comes down to socialization. Grooming female children to embody and pursue characteristics of the divine feminine.
