There's this guy on TikTok who collects stats like this into a downloadable Excel spreadsheet. All sorts of stars, and ranks by red state/blue state, control of state congress, etc.

You could think of it as a state scorecard of how policies actually play out. It's really grown too. He's out a LOT of work into it.
