There's a way to stop it. If you're in one of those congregations as a woman, take your children and leave. Make a big stink about it. Cause a ruckus. The higher ups in the church remove these guys and this dogma ONLY when it fails to fill seats and church coffers now and in the future (children).

You want it to end? Deprive them of your money and your support.

You don't need a building or an elder or a male "conduit" to worship or talk to God.
