There won’t be any zombies. 🙄. My reference to the Walking Dead was to how groups are portrayed as being scavengers who constantly steal from each other. Constant war and conflict. Like hyenas. That’s good for television, not for real life.

The Celts, the Gauls, the Druids, Indigenous American cultures, and many many others lived for millenia in relative peace and harmony via trade. Was there conflict? Yes. It wasn’t as widespread as people generally believe. We have a warped, androphilic perspective of the past and we romanticize past cultures as being warrior cultures. The reality is these cultures traded extensively with each other and maintained peace through that and blood ties. We can collapse to something like that, and be better off for it, while still maintaining a great deal of technological prowess. Only, without fossil fuels. Another industry that has stifled innovation and bought legislation to subsidize and protect the industry at the expense of humanity.
