There were also a lot of men left out. Over the years the cast included over 900 actors/actresses. Here are some who played long run characters who also likely would have noticed abusive behavior outside the ones who were mentioned.
Nicholas Brendan
Marc Blucas
Seth Green
Danny Strong
Tom Lenk
Armin Shimerman
Harry Groener
D.B. Woodside
Leonard Roberts
Alexis Denisoff
Mark Metcalf

There were also many actresses besides Alyson Hannigan who have not spoken up one way or the other. Again, characters with a seasonal or multiple episode arc.
Emma Caufield
Kristine Sutherland
Eliza Dushku
Juliet Landau
Mercedes McNab
Robia Scott
Lindsay Crouse
Elizabeth Ann Allen
Julie Benz
Bianca Lawson

In fairness, the author did mention the maybe questionable behavior of Alyson Hannigan in regards to Alexis Denisoff; the inappropriateness of dating in the workplace.
And that’s just the cast. There will be many more crew members of both genders who were witnesses one way or the other.
You brought up Marti Nixon, which is a fair point if she spent a lot of time on set during filming or around the actors during prep where Joss Whedon was also there and working on his cad schtick. As I understand it, they were often shooting different scenes at the same time which means them being on the same set at the same time wasn’t the normal. It also assumes he would act the same abusive way in her presence as out of it. I can tell you from personal experience that people who attempt to exploit mostly do so in the shadows. Plausible deniability so you won’t be believed if you complain.
Again, I don’t see how pointing out the silence of major male characters on this equates to misandry. In this instance, the author’s example of them serves to show their silence is likely because their behavior has the same problematic dynamics and not because it’s a few cast members being overly delicate snowflakes.
Contrast that with how very quickly Jason Momoa came forward in support of Ray Fischer in comparison to other cast members of Justice League. In fairness, Whedon wasn’t part of the main filming as I understand it so exposure may have been more isolated. Also in fairness, Jason Momoa has reached a point in his career where job security likely isn’t an issue; he’s not going to get blacklisted, he’s a boxoffice draw still ascending in popularity.

Writing about very real problematic behavior prevalent in men does not make one a misandrist any more than men writing about problematic behavior (like bridezilla) prevalent in women is misogyny. It just means you don’t like that particular behavior and want to address it. It does not mean that you hold an entire gender I’m contempt and disdain due to a sociocultural or personal bias.
This article and the author’s broader work does not rise to that level.
