There was no excuse for this whatsoever. None.

I can add that employees subjected to this do have a credible case and could sue their employer. I honestly do hope that they do.

There was no excuse for this whatsoever. None.
They need to be held accountable as an organization and anyone who signed off on this needs to be shown the door.
