There was never a need for scholarships for boys based specifically on gender.
There was for girls. So women got together, pounded the pavement, did the work, and establsihed those scholarships so that girls would have an equitable chance to boys at getting an education.
If the reverse is now true, and boys are being denied equitable access (it's not, there's something else going on here) then the answer is for men to take the lead, get together, pound the pavement, do the work, and start establishing scholarahips for boys based on gender inequity. You'll find women and men with money and means to support you in your endeavor just as those women found men and women with money and means to help them get those scholarships up.
But it's not the job or purpose of feminism to fix this for you. It cant. Literally. Feminism didn't even create those scholarships for girls you're so jealous of. It might have inspired the women who set them up to do so, it might have been a sandbox to bounce around ideas and such. But feminism didn't create those scholarships. Women and men did. With a lot of work and effort and time.
Men and women can do the same for boys. By all means, get your inspiration from feminism, use feminist spaces as a sandbox to kick around ideas, that's what feminism IS for, but make no mistake....sooner or later it's time to put up or shut up. Nobody owes you free labor. If you want gender scholarships for boys, then get to work and start creating them.
I can't speak for all feminists, but I wish you well and all the luck in the world. It's going to be a long hard row to hoe. But if you truly believe it's necessary and you are willing to devote your time and energy for those who follow in that way then I hope you're successful. Why would not? I might have a grandson or great grandson who benefits from what you choose to do or don't do today.
