The reasoning here is vapid. It belongs on the Federal level because it's an issue of unenumerated rights, equality under the law, right to life (some states are banning outright which violates right to life for some pregnant people), forced labor clause, free trade and commerce between states, and free travel between states.
If you look at each of the bans in the individual states and what they're proposing for enforcement like trying to stop abortion medication from travelling through one state to get to another, every single one violates the constitution in some manner.
The abortion issue alone is an absolute nightmare. That's before you even get into the nitty gritty of the decision and what it says about women, their place in this society, and the purpose of forcing all these births. But then there's that unraveling of so many more progressive decisions that have benefitted and improved the lives of so many. This court has gone rogue.
