The difference is that the child asked why people have sex if they can’t have babies anymore. There was no supposition to violence.

There is a difference between concentual sex between two parties in a caring and loving matter that does not harm either party and your premise that if old women still enjoy and desire sex then men should be free to murder and rape with impunity.

Equality principles dictate your rights end where another’s begin. Otherwise, where is the equality? Doesn’t really exist otherwise, does it?

Sex and body positivity do not equate to flippancy about consequences of having sex. There will always be considerations to whether sex with someone is good idea or not, but that doesn’t make sex dirty or the desire for it sinful or whatever.
