The birth. Obviously. That's where you're going to lose most women. Most women want to have children. You also don't want to alienate those who have children against their choice for ideological purity.

I do think there should be far fewer children and the pressure to have them needs to end.

I also think that most children should be raised by women in civil union and not a standard marriage.

I'd add no more patriarchal religion too.
