You protect all women systemically, not individually. By ending rape culture and building deterrents to violence against women.

Most rapists have multiple victims. You protect women by reducing that number systemically by taking the first rape seriously instead of blaming the victim. Most family annihilators and mass shooters show signs of impending violence well before they snap and murder multiple people. You protect women and in this case children and the public at large by taking those threats seriously instead of giving a violent man a pass because "bitches be crazy".

You protect women with your vote. By recognizing the cultural violence the face. By talking about it honestly. By not gaslighting.
