No, many are vaccinated. All in vaccinated? No, some people can't get vaccinated due to autoimmune disease. Or have been advised to wait due to other health concerns.

They're mad at the ones who have harassed and bullied, who have abused healthcare workers, blithered nonsense about personal liberties and "responsibility" while abdolutely refusing to exercise any responsibility and are now crying because they're suffering and want to be taken care of and get all the sympathy in the world. For being willfully ignorant. For not having any compassion for anyone they might have put in harm's way. For selfishly thinking only of what they want.
