That’s true on an individual level. You’d need a massive campaign that subverts the metrics to get their attention.
Still, having worked for Amazon once upon a yesteryear, I abhor performance metrics and am all in favor of subverting them by any and all means necessary.
But yeah, if 50K people or more depending on the company got together and started giving zero stars with the comment, that would make enough of a blip on the radar for someone to take a look and see.
Trouble there is that people are too divided on their philosophy of work. Way too many ppl buying into bootstrap ideological nonsense.

So new thought is to build our own rating system particularly for companies. Lot of varyingly subversive ways to go about that but a quick and easy way is google forms and Twitter/social media.
