That’s the thing. She didn’t just tell her story. She did the exact same thing toward the other mother for her grief process. She equivocated and made light of Danielle’s death at the hands of her son.

It’s truly offensive. I promise you I am not the only one who read this with disgust. I also promise you that for anyone who has lost a loved one ton drunk driving, reading this was a gut punch.

It is not the beautiful story of overcoming grief you seem to think it is.
