That's part of it, sure.

Even that may be overrated though. Personally, I think it's better to just be social with everyone. Get to meet people without any specific intent or purpose. Just focus on that. Treat everyone well. Eventually you'll meet someone you click with naturally and love will grow organically from there.

Looking for something "package ready" that has to be grown and developed is pretty much a waste of time.
