That's no excuse. I have bad days too. I'm still expected to do my damn job appropriately, respectfully, and professionally. And I deal with the public as well.

The whole security/policing arena has become clubs of jack booted thugs. They're like the knights from days of yore. We're supposed to admire them and fawn all over them for being protectors and turn a blind eye to the abuses of the serfs for their entertainment and dominance displays.
