Reading my comment again I realize it came out a little more harshly critical than I meant, so I’m glad you weren’t offended. At least the two of you are putting yourselves out there. That’s more than I can say.

Maybe it’s too much to expect yourself to have all the answers. Maybe it’s enough to just start asking vision questions. What if …? How do we think that will play out in the future? What are the potential pitfalls? What do we lose by trying? In the end, there’s unlikely to be a one size fits all solution anyway.
