That's because of the widespread belief that AI will reduce labor costs. It won't, it will create more jobs because it will create more problems that will require monitoring, correction, etc.

I'm in personnel security, which is why my concern for the AI girlfriend abuse falls the way it does. I'm not interested in censorship either, but I'm not comfortable with the lives of women and girls being the blood price for that freedom just because men refuse to regulate themselves and learn self discipline.
