That's a good one!
I got Urchling to eat seafood casserole by pointing out how much it looked like Squidward. Then I'd tell out, "Noooooo! Don't eat Squidward!!!!"
She'd gobble it up going "nom nom nom"
Then there was the dinner game.
But, like I said... once they start school it gets harder. They're influenced by teachers and all the other kids.
Urchling used to go through a pint of grape tomatoes every few days. She won't touch a tomato anymore and hasn't since kindergarten.
That's my biggest parenting failure, the thing I most regret. Failing to protect those good eating habits I worked so hard to instill.
