What we the people of the world need is a Big Cheese Exchange Program. When you're ruler gets to be too much of a handful then you sign them up to be exchanged. For example, a couple of years ago (had Charles been King then), Britian and America could have swapped Charles for the donald. Then the people could thoroughly abuse these useless trollops to their hearts content on behalf of their cousins and neighbors from across the pond.
