That whole body language BS critique is a load of bunk.

It’s not that body language isn’t a way to determine intent, or isn’t real. I’m talking about the way it’s being used by the kangaroo court spectators in this trial to discredit her.

Most of these people don’t know what the hell they’re talking about. They can’t use body language to determine when their dog is stressed much less parse out the nuanced minutiae facial ticks of someone who is confined in a witness box or to a table (unallowed to speak), on trial, on camera, being grilled, being scrutinized, being vilified on social media, under stress of a possible major financial loss, suffering PTSD, and also has been diagnosed with an emotional disorder.

You cannot apply the tenets of body language the same as a normally functioning person or a normal situation as under such extenuating circumstances. It’s foolish to think they same dynamics would apply. I’m someone who has spent literally thousands of hours studying video of animal behavior and I would never be so bold as to claim I can tell she’s lying or not. She’s way too stressed. She’s all over the place. She’s clearly panicked and has been tasked to perform composure because she’s in a courtroom. Those two things are at odds and are tearing her body language back and forth across the spectrum of expected behavior. You cannot tell anything beyond that.

Making those kinds of calls is NOT something you want to armchair quarterback and hope to maintain a shred of credibility because it is NEVER as clear cut and obvious as you (universal) people make out. You’re projecting.

Give me a break.
