That was my choice and it was a good one. And you're right, that was the thinking that led me there. I'm going to be stuck with the burden of childcare and raising alone anyway (or, statistically, I'm going to end up a single mom anyway) might as well cut the dead weight from the start and not deal with the drama of of courts, and child support, and shared custody. It was a lifetime of watching how so many dads used every opportunity to screw their ex-wives and how unbelievably petty they were that did it.

Thanks but no thanks. I love being a mom, but if that had been my life I would have hated it.
