That type is definitely out there, though since they're so loud and proud about it they're also easy to dodge, deflect, and avoid.

The trouble with them is that you wish to God they'd shut up cause you're tired of hearing it all the damsn time but yet, you can't exactly deny, however grudgingly, that all that constant crowing isn't a useful klaxxon of what's coming.
