That only works till you're not showing though. But yeah, if I was in a rocky relationship, and found myself pregnant, I would keep it to myself and file immediately. And not involve lawyers. Or I would end the pregnancy. Or I would abandon the marriage. Men do it all the time, and leave their exes to clean up the mess and eeal with the courts.
