That, my dear, is called life.

It’s what happens when men think they are owed access to women just because they are men. When women are disenfranchised economically and must depend on men in order to live. When society views women as incomplete without a man, etc, etc, etc.

They don’t put forth any effort because they don’t have to.

Thankfully, things are changing and women are pushing back and bowing out of the dating/marriage/relationship scene/narrative altogether.
