Women are about to lose theirs with the overturn of Roe v. Wade. In the leaked opinion Amy Coney Barrett laid out that there is a desire to increase the domestic supply of infants for adoption and that is justification to make abortion illegal. De facto, that hijacks women's reproductive organs for the purpose of the state. You can dress it up however you want, but if that stands your potential as an autonomous individual is now overridden by your potential to be a baby factory if you're a woman or someone who can bear children in the eyes of the law.
It sets a certain precedent, don't you think? Once that's established, what's to prevent a law or even utilizing the DPA to force women to produce breast milk for the state (which someone else will make money off of), or any other product that is produced from or by your body.
