Taking dominance out of the equation is the way to equality.
You cannot just scrub such intrinsic parts of one's existence from them or their lives experience, especially without their consent. That's just oppression of different sort.
If you had the lived experience of a female body, how others perceive that female body, and what that female body could do you would not think you can just erase what it means to be a woman.
Your argument is just as tone deaf as people who say being color blind is the way to eliminate racism. You "not seeing color" does not negate the history of what it means to live in a black body in a world where white supremacy exists. Or what it means to be black to those with black bodies.
You're asking people who have been historically oppressed to change and twist themselves inside out, YET AGAIN, to meet YOUR agenda of acceptability based on some whack philosophy born of a nonsensical whim. It's not going to happen.
It is not the oppressed who need to change be be seen as full and equal humans but the oppressors who marginalize and control. Anything other than that, is just tyranny trying to cover up the ugliness of corruption by wrapping up in trendy but cheap and flimsy packaging.
