Sure they do. They just don't have immediate options. But, in this instance, we're not talking about a situation that requires absolute immediacy. It requires movement in that direction to protect yourself.
I'm not saying it's as easy as jumping in the car and driving out of state for everyone. I'm saying with effort it IS doable for almost everyone.
You need time and persistence.
Is there a risk that it will be late and an unwanted pregnancy could happen in the meantime? Sure. Absolutely could. But come on, when is there ever a guarantee about anything regarding our reproductive healthcare?
We plan for the worst and hope for the best outcome. We don't look for someone to solve our poblems for us. If you've been walking around in that female body, you should already know that any "help" you get will either have strings attached or is designed to benefit someone or some agency/institution over you anyway.
If you don't know that, you haven't been paying attention.
