Sure. That's it exactly. But look at it from the other perspective. You get living kindness from your partner too.

Do the men who are jealous of what you and your partner have offer their partners that same loving kindness? Or do they not carry their weight at home? Do they listen and share or do they gaslight her when she's going through something? Do they celebrate small wins or do they put down her accomplishments and make it all about them.

These men who say these things want everything handed to them so they can punch their man card but they never want to hold their corner, carry their own water, or offer any reciprocity in turn.

If they did, they wouldn't end up jealous, bitter, and alone. And women wouldn't be saying good riddance.
