Sure it was political. But only because the President has made himself a legitimate national security concern.

Once we have credible threats against the seats of government and bombs being left over a lie to keep power, you have to act. You have to.

He wasn’t the only one. This is a communications blackout against armed insurgents who have posted plans to attack the inauguration and the capitol. The fact that Trump is a political figure or even POTUS does not negate his involvement, deliberate or not, in plans for a domestic terror event.

That’s the bitter truth about where we are.

People can whine about responses being political all they want but those concerns will always take a back seat to National Security.

The incompetence of Congress brought us here. They tolerated the Big Lie of election fraud to play games. Both sides. One side gave validity to it (still are) and the other did not push back hard enough soon enough.
