Sure, and good point. I think I disagree about women Trump supporters claiming to be apolitical though. They seem to me to be fairly happy being identified as political to me. They wear the merch, they go to the rallies, they stink eye the gays in public, the cheer and crow in church when the pastor suggests murdering liberals or LGBTQ, they go to book burnings, they join Moms for Liberty type groups, they donate money to MAGA politicians and work their canpaigns.

In what universe is that 'apolitical'? Just vecause you refuse to talk politics in a dating scenario does not make you apolitical by default.

If they're saying they're apolitical on dates, then this is the same as the guy who lies about his height, his hair, and his financial status. She's deliberately misrepresenting herself and playing games.

Reject. Even if you agree with her politically, you'd be wise to reject this woman because she's dishonest about who she is.
