Stop pointing fingers. There was a series of missteps and decisions. A lot of things over the past 40 years, major and minor, could have been different that would have changed the outcome here.

Pointing fingers just gets us quarrelling amongst ourselves and is reductive. It helps the agenda of the enemy and stalls meaningful response.
