Nowhere in the body of her main article was she supporting Hamas. She's just saying Israel isn't the hero to gays they present to the rest of the western world. Again, based on information also included in the articles you linked.

She's saying Palestinian gays deserve to explore what it means to be gay and the safety within their own culture to do so, without having to sacrifice another equally important part of themselves to western colonialization or prostitute themselves for safety in one way or another.

This WAS a nuanced, center ground article from an LGBTQ perspective.
