So..... we're going to blow an absolutely perfect opportunity to prep the house the incoming and level up the house for the kid(s) that are already there in order to get drunk and take about useless stuff?

Is the car prepped and recently serviced? Arrangements made for child care during delivery? Back ups? Are the pets secured and squared away? Back ups?

If things go badly during delivery, are you prepped and stocked and prepared for a long(er) hospital stay? Are you caught up on and ahead of everything that might be affected by any difficulties that might arise?

Have you bothered to find out what those difficulties might be?

No? You're gonna stand around getting drunk and dump all that off on mom, huh?
