In general I don’t support harsh sentences for minors; however, you cannot rehabilitate a psychopath no matter how young they are when they first kill.

I’m also not a psychologist or an expert on crime, but this guy seems to me to be a good candidate for a serial killer in the making. He’s got a taste for it now.
