Like it or not, social skills are not optional. It doesn't matter how hard you find it. If you want to be successful in life, you have to invest in some basic social skills.

If you opt out, that's not you being rejected, it's you doing the rejecting. You're choosing isolation , being alone, and being a wallflower over getting to know people and being part of a group.

You don't get to have it both ways. None of us do.
