No. Because it's mostly obvious they're talking about culture and policies that happen in China. It doesn't need to be said that they're talking about China. We all know.
Sorry, but this seems both obsessive and as excessive as the woke ideologies you're criticizing. It's very much the same thing, actually. Insisting an American talking about American issues to an audience of mostly Americans point out what everyone else already knows....that they're talking specifically about America and not claiming it's the same elsewhere in the world.
