A cad who's looking to trade out because:

1. They're unhappy in the relationship they've got and are too big a coward to leave without a place to land and/or too lazy to work to make that relationship better.

2. They habitually go through the opposite sex like an ATM machine so they're always looking for the next score.

3. They're a trainwreck and this is one of the ways they self sabotage by causing drama. They can't ever truly commit or follow through.

4. They keep most of this bullshit internal but it's still a form of self harm because you're either dehumanizing yourself or other people trying to secure your place on the pyramid. Self flagellation because whether you say it out loud or not, we all project our internal landscape and other people pick up on that. You're projecting contempt and scorn for humanity and personhood here.

So, either you believe women regularly do this (they don't) or you assume they do because that's what you do cause that was both a random turn from the comment and very specific but wrong interpretation of what she actually said.
